    El Carmen is one of the most established associations that Raw Material are working together with in Colombia. As part of the Red Associations, the producers of El Carmen are given better opportunity to enter the specialty coffee market, with better infrastructure and a stable income to reinvest in production of better-quality coffees. The association members are paid a minimum of two times the price they would receive usually, so we are very honored to be supporting their project.

    DELIVERY

    • Free delivery at 30 EUR per order
    • Below 30 EUR:
      • Estonia: 3 EUR
    • Ship via Omniva parcel locks
      • We ship whole beans, no grinding service yet
      • While kickstarting, we only ship within the Baltics
      • Orders made before 15:00 (3 pm) on a business day are shipped the same day.
      • Once the order is shipped, you receive the tracking code to the email you've entered during the order.

      Returns

      • Coffee beans and paper filters are not the subject of returns according to the law (it's kinda a food product).
      • Please make sure, you have read and agree with our terms and conditions before placing your order.
      • Order may be cancelled / refunded in case it hasn't been shipped yet. So if you made a mistake in your order, please reach us via email or contact form straight away with your order number.
